Our Production Team Members perform multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. You'll operate equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment, while following production orders that comply with our safety, quality, and production standards and requirements.

LIFE AS A PRODUCTION OPERATOR WITH CWS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18+ years of age  
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, such as lifting, bending, squatting, standing, kneeling, pinching, gripping, pushing, pulling, reaching, etc., on a repetitive basis
  • Pass background, drug, and pre-employment screenings
  • Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite and respectful manner 
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required 
  • Manufacturing-related experience is preferred, not required
